Administration

Stapleton began her career with the St. Joseph School District in 2012, serving as a teacher and Behavior Interventionist before transitioning in 2019, to her current role as a Process Consultant. 

Stapleton holds an Education Specialist Degree in Superintendency, Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership K-12, and a dual Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Cross-Categorical K-12 Special Education, all from Northwest Missouri State University.

During her time in education, Stapleton has worked to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.  She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every student feels supported and inspired to succeed. 

She and her husband Nate have been married for almost 10 years and have 5-year-old twin boys.
